8/4-8/10th: Practicing Landscapes

I really enjoy building characters, but it came to my attention that backgrounds are not my strong suit. This week I did an exercise where I built a background for about 1 hour a piece, three times. Below are the different examples. When not working on commissions (which I hope to share more of next week!), I think this will be a good practice for me. Also worked on a little fan art, but I’ll share that a different week.

All of these were done in Krita, with three different kind of brushes, and one specific color palette.
